Provide exercise management inclusive of retrograde massage,rebuilding self confidence to decrease falls following a long hospital stay as a result of Stroke or General Medical Condition
Assessment and Goals are developed on a personal need basis
Assist with Shopping and light house cleaning
Searching /Assisting to find your loved ones the perfect place to reside when home is no longer an option
Services are aim throughout Birmingham via Self referrals, GP referrals, Social workers, Hospital
